Payment terms

These Payment terms describe how Callflow Marketing LLC bills for call services. They supplement our Terms of Service.

Pay per qualified call

You pay only for calls that meet the filters we set together — on duration, vertical, and geography. Calls outside those criteria are not billable.

Billing cycle

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, campaigns are pre-funded or billed on a regular cycle agreed during onboarding. There are no long-term contracts; you can pause, adjust, or add a vertical at any time.

Replacement & credits

Calls that fall outside the agreed criteria are credited under a clear, written replacement policy. If a call does not meet the filters, you do not pay for it. Raise disputes within the window specified in your agreement so we can review the call record.
